As opposed to a smooth shave ("the Yul," "the Montel" or "the Youk") a Sluggo makes one look like you've been hired to break legs for a mafia loanshark. Which---who knows?---might have been Rocket's fate if his career had continued on the downward path it was heading in Toronto before Roger met Brian. Can't understand why he opted for the style now, however, especially when he was going to be lobbying reps.
