I wonder if all the same morons who said 'well, you won't win for another 86 years' are now going to say 'I guess you won't win one 'til 2010'?
The Red Sox outscored their postseason opponents by a total, aggregate score of 99-46, making that the largest run differential in postseason history.
MFY has just offered their managerial job to Joe Girardi. He's expected to accept the job sometime today, with the announcement to be made tomorrow.
