ReplyDeleteWorth noting maybe: I sat here listening to very scratchy AM radio feed, wondering why in hell MLB had not automatically renewed my audio subscription Mar 1. Come to find out, my credit card details (unchanged in fact) no longer worked, so, fine, I tried buying GD audio as a new subscriber with no luck--couldn't get the interface to allow me to 'Buy Now'--not with either credit card.
ReplyDeleteIf I bitch about MLB.com here, will Bud Selig fine me?
"We are sorry, but you have reached this page in error.
ReplyDeletePlease try the action again and, if the problem continues, contact Customer Service."
Now I can't even get to the page where they refuse to let me buy after I've entered my credit card details. WTF! That's no way to run a multibillion dollar biz--aren't they hot for my $19.95?
aren't they hot for my $19.95?
ReplyDeleteI think you have to spend more than that for the process to work. Try the $120 option!!!
(mlbtv worked for me last night)
It's funny, allan--you were right. When I try to subscribe to the audio, the interface does not allow me to buy. When I offered to buy the tv feed, 'Buy Now' popped up, ready to rock & roll.
ReplyDeleteAre they really trying to bait and switch?
What would I see on my computer in Maine if I did have the tv feed?
