ReplyDeleteAnd a loss will mean NYY can finish no better than tied for third. Houston would have to come through, though, for them to finish alone in fourth.
I can't wait to see how this WC race shakes out today--I am rooting for the most possible games to be played, leaving us with a depleted opponent in the ALDS.
Naturally I hope for everything, but I don't really care what happens next: they own the East! And that's good enough for me.
