I noticed Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic predicts 85-77, which is also what I posted.
ReplyDeleteShe immediately points out 85 wins "may be far too optimistic", then writes: "I don't think it's a wildly unrealistic prediction. This team isn't perfect. It is not going to win the division. But the Red Sox are far more interesting and competitive than they were last year. Is that enough to squeak into a wild card spot? Probably not."
