No Extension for 9/11 Commission. George Bush and House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert both oppose granting more time to the 9/11 Independent Commission. Kristen Breitweiser: "We've had it. It is such a slap in the face of the families of victims. They are dishonoring the dead with their irresponsible behavior." The Commission's deadline remains May 27. ...
