  2. I hope I can listen to the game at work today. I know I can't tomorrow, so I hope it my MLB audio will work today.

    Have fun threading. :)

    ReplyDelete
  3. Geez, can MLB ever do anything right? Audio isn't working at all. Looks like no game for me today.

    ReplyDelete

  8. Inexcusable: Young pitcher on mound, first guy hits a ball to you, you throw him out at first. Especially after you whiffed to start the game when your manager inexplicably batted you leadoff.

Good job by HH getting Stairs.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I went to another computer -- and it worked. Try that if you can, L.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I say 'em, not him. Maybe it should be SHOTHO DP.

  58. Time for some bullets!

    - There should be a congressional mandate that Subway not get rid of their $5 footlong subs promotion.

    - The wheels are getting wobbily on this one for the Red Sox. I've noticed way back to last year - even with his no-hitter, that Buchholz is not very consistent with the location with his pitches. If you ask me, I almost wish he didn't throw the no-hitter, so there wouldn't be any huge immediate expectation upon him. Just let him continue to develop, especially with location.

    - I heard that Joe Girardi is not in the dugout with the Yankees because he has an upper respiratory infection.

    - Yesterday in Boston I noticed most of the trees were budding. Some of them had the tiniest beginnings of bright green leaves. Not a moment too soon.

    - J.D. Drew is on fire! It's fantastic to see.

    - I think after this game, Varitek could catch Wake's knuckler, with how much he's had to dance around and catch balls in the dirt all over the place.

Time to get some runs back.

"Andy Pettitte stinks. He's a drug addict and a criminal and he stinks." -my dad on the phone just now

    ReplyDelete
  63. Much needed 1-2-3 inning right there.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Would be nice to see the bats get to the bullpen today.

ON FIRE needs to stay ON FIRE

    ReplyDelete
  65. Sheez.
After a soild week of things going on till all hours I finally get home in time to catch at least the last half of a game, and then I pull up GDGD and find I have to download a new version of Adobe first!
Thankfully I have JoS to keep me posted while my antiquated computer spends the next 2 days trying to load this program.
And I thought this Commodore thing was the stuff - hrmph!

    ReplyDelete
  66. yeah I looked at gameday once this year, it was a blank white screen, and I thought, oh well, I'll find somewhere else, screw 'em.

Casey, if you're gonna pull a Knoblauch and argue a play instead of running, at least be right.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I see Snyder is determined to make a last-ditch run for the waiver wires.
Christ, Kyle, I'm always standing up for you...DELIVER!

    ReplyDelete
  68. OK, so what's the deal with MLB.tv
How much and is it worth it?
Also - this audio button? Dare I try it?

    ReplyDelete
  69. What was that Casey play? I had to take a phone call which precluded me from seeing what the hell happened.

    Nice bunt....for them.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hey! It worked. I have GDGD - for what that's worth.
And I DON"T like what I see on it.
    2 straight walks by Snyder?
    2nd & 3rd and Eckenstein up?
    Crap.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Well that fragging sucked. The Sox better get their crap together because they are one MFY comeback from being the last place Boston Red Sox.

    Fragging Jays.

    ReplyDelete
  72. i look at the score: 4-2.

    i go do something: 6-2.

oh wait ... right back again: 8-2.

    #^(@*&^%$@^&&$^&^$%$

    ReplyDelete
  73. So, are we looking at a battle for the division between the Jays and the Rays?

    ReplyDelete
  74. can all these clowns get nabbed off waivers? pls?

    ReplyDelete
  75. I think we should all give up right now and not watch another game all season. We are doooooooomed.

    ReplyDelete
  76. you are so right l-girl.

except...uh, that home run convinces me otherwise. uh... I'm gonna start singing songs from Annie.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Crap. At least this time I'm not there.

    ReplyDelete
  78. And Bryan Corey joins the fray with a strong argument for HIS imminent dumping! Let's see... Aardsma comes in to a tie game yesterday to walk his only batter, then Lopez gives up the hit to HIS only batter---boy, it's true, what an embarrassment of riches the Sox have in that bull pen...

It's all jet lag, you know. JET LAG!!!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Where's Mike Mussina when you need him?

    ReplyDelete
  80. I wondered just how much longer he could stay out there without giving up the H-bomb.
    Now I know....

    ReplyDelete
  81. 10-2, 10-2 good thing the defense got that safety. What the frack is this football?

Good thing Joshie is starting tomorrow or I would really be depressed.

    Fragging Jays

    ReplyDelete
  82. I recently wrote that the only weakness I saw on this year's squad was middle relief.
But I sure as hell didn't think it was THIS bad.
Oh well, so we're doomed. We know these guys will never get better, and we'll lose every single game in the 6th and 7th innings.
    There's always next year, right?

    ReplyDelete
  83. maybe we can spend 2 months in the off-season obsessing over who we can trade to get pettite.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Nice job fouling off the high one

    ReplyDelete
  85. I think Ortiz needs to bunt right here.

    ReplyDelete
  86. haven't all of beckett's outings this spring been against minor leaguers?

    ReplyDelete

  94. NESN is saying the Snyder has been informed that he will be designated for assignment tomorrow to make room for Captain kick ass.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Sure glad I missed that game. It was bad enough hearing part of it in the car on the way home from school.

Hope today's is better. We are off to NY. Enjoy the game.
