  2. In order of World Series preference:

    1. Giants
    2. Rangers
    3. Phillies
    9,999,999. Yankees

    Go Giants!

Also: Nice that MLB FINALLY got rid of that stupid same-city off day between Games 4 and 5.

  5. The pitching this postseason has been off the charts! And some of the matchups have been (and will/could be) very compelling. Price/Lee TWICE, Halladay/Lincecum, Oswalt/Cain, Lee/Some Fat Dude in New York, Hamels/Sanchez...

I'm REALLY looking forward to the NLCS, just for the pitching matchups. Both teams have three great starters all going head-to-head. And if the Rangers beat the Yankees, World Series Game 1 could be Cliff Lee against either Tim Lincecum or Roy Halladay.

Such an exciting postseason to watch, even without the Red Sox in it.
