JoS Rules!

I have posted a few ground rules for commenters. This will save me the effort of retyping for newcomers how things work here.

Updated with a couple more items.

    Nicely done! I have found having a comment policy very useful.

    I'm sure it will be extra important later this month.

    I do have a gray area though...what's the policy on political MFY-insulting similes?

    (i.e. Kei Igaway pitches as good as George Bush presides, fools!!!!111!!1ONEONE!1)
