Best wishes to everyone for 2010!
Back at ya!
Let's hope 2010 is better than 2009 on many levels. I, for one, am so glad to see 2009 end, and I am really looking forward to 2010.Happy New Year to all my JOS buddies!
Happy New Year everyone! Love and best wishes to all. See you in gamethreads SOON!
Happy New Year from the press box at Fenway Park!

Yes it isThere's a pretty awesome collection of Red Sox championship newspapers from every W.S. title year dating back to 1912 (they didn't have anything up for 1903). I'll try to snap some pictures of that area on my way out.
That's sweet Joe, so are you a beat reporter or what? I remember you posting the link to that Metro article you wrote, wasn't sure if that was a one-off or a running job. Cool, though. That was a great game to watch, well, the 3rd/OT...definitely interesting to see the Fenway makeover.Happy New Year to all my fellow JoSers, can't wait for April! And ditto to that, Amy. 2009 was a sub-par year for me as well. Time for a fresh start, let's kick some ass in 2010.
Hard to believe spring will ever come, l-girl, much less baseball. The snow is general in Maine....
Happy New Year! I walked past Fenway today! Then went to a tweetup for the Winter Classic. It was AWESOME.WHY AM I STILL AWAKE AFTER 4 AM AGAIN!?!?
May it be a Year of Glad, and not a Year of the Yushityu 2007 Mimetic-Resolution-Cartridge-View-Motherboard-Easy-To-Install-Upgrade For Infernatron/InterLace TP Systems For Home, Office Or Mobile (sic)
Not that 2007 was a bad year!***... glad to know you are still reading.
tim, I've become the sort of default Bruins reporter for the Metro. I'm also doing some random freelance stuff for a few other publications, mostly small-time hockey journals. Mostly pays like crap but all the work adds up and helps me pay for school expenses.Plus it gets me into some pretty special events... with yesterday probably being #1 on that list.
Good times upcoming
Hard to believe spring will ever come, l-girl, much less baseball. That's the great thing about baseball (and spring). It's always right around the corner. I guarantee it.
So spring is right around the corner, eh?Damn I hope so. It's in the mid 20's here right now and the wind is brutal. I am less of a fan of cold weather every year. I was telling a friend yesterday I'm going to turn into one of those crotchety old men that move to Florida and yell at young kids on their lawns. The cold was seriously the biggest objection I had back when Cathy and I were considering moving up to your part of the world. And of course, in addition to warmer, more humane temperatures, spring brings....BASEBALL!!!Is it March yet?
