Here's the linescore with an article (from the Toledo Bee), which tells us the A's started Pete Loos, a "local amateur." Turns out it was his only major league game!

Sure. I didn't have the highest hopes finding a report of a 1901 game but there it was! The Bee came through with all that day's scores....
Decided to look for more--and found a full box, from the Baltimore paper. (I cut off the article because it's the same as the other one.)
15 XBH in that game. And all finished in exactly 2 hours. Every Bostonian got a hit, and they all scored at least twice. Nap Lajoie singled, doubled, homered, and stole a base for Philly. Parent was 4-5 with a double and a triple and 4 runs scored for the good guys.
Thanks for the box! I wish they had RBI in there. They might have had no zeros in the traditional AB-R-H-RBI columns!!
