Phillies - 000 117 130 - 13 16 0 Red Sox - 102 010 101 - 6 11 1Zack Godley (4-4-1-1-4, 84) pitched well, but six relievers gave up 12 hits and 12 runs in five innings.
Heath Hembree faced five batters in the sixth inning and got none of them out, allowing four runs. Josh Taylor and Marcus Warden each gave up three runs.
Rafael Devers went 3-for-5 and scored twice. Xander Bogaerts and Mitch Moreland both went 2-for-3 and knocked in two runs.
The Phillies sent 12 men to the plate in the sixth.
Unwritten Rules Update: With his team up by six runs in the fourth inning, Fernando Tatis Jr. stole third base with two outs on pitcher Ian Gibaut, the clown who threw behind Machado last night after Tatis grand-slammed a 3-0 pitch. Tatis is torching the unwritten rulebook. Hahahahaa.

The Red Sox's most recent losing streak of more than eight games was 10 games in 2014 (May 15-25).
Each of the Red Sox's last three victories against the Phillies at Fenway Park has been an extra-inning, walk-off win:
The innings increase: 11, 12, 13. The scores decrease: 6-5, 4-3, 2-1.June 12, 2017 - 6-5 (11) June 13, 2017 - 4-3 (12) July 30, 2018 - 2-1 (13)
If this pattern continues, the next home win against Philadelphia will be: Red Sox 0, Phillies -1 (14).
I'm not sure how many would bother to come out, but Red Sox Sam Kennedy says no fans at Fenway this season. "While we were hopeful fans would be able to return to Fenway at some point this season, we agree that now is not the right time, given the state of the virus around the country."
Red Sox Schedule Changes:
August 19: Phillies-Red Sox, moved from 7 PM to 1:35 PM
September 8-9: Red Sox-Phillies series, changed to a September 8 doubleheader, starting at 4 PM. September 9 is now an off-day.
September 14: Red Sox-Marlins, moved to September 17 at 1 PM, which had been an off-day. I guess the 14th is now an off-day.
