Keep everyone on their normal schedule (already one day longer than usual because of Thursday's off-day) and avoid the guy with the 15.58 ERA, who has allowed an average of 2.5 baserunners per inning in his two starts? It's a win-win!

Win-win? What a strange concept. A win, and then another win. Mmmmmm, I seem to recall this has actually happened at some point in the past.......
That's good news, but with him and Dice-K, I'm not sure you'd rather skip both.
Pedroia may be better suited to pitch right now.
