I had never seen that album cover (released Nov. '75), but I own this onereleased July '74. Neil took the title from the '57 novel (well, probably more from the '59 movie) of the same name. The novel is described as "post-apocalyptic" which sort of fits with the implications of the Supertramp album, though it appears that they might be aiming more towards environmental destruction rather than a nuclear one.
