Hopefully this is not a big setback. I would like to see Lester back in the rotation but don't think we need to hurry.What interests me is who would move when he does come up. The Globe speculates that either Tavarez or Romero would be traded, since apparently no one in the bullpen has any options left.I have come to admire Tavarez's ballsiness and wouldn't want to see him go despite his poor starts so far. But he probably does have more value because he can start and might do pretty well for an NL team. As for Romero, I'm not sure Okaji's success makes another lefthander totally obsolete, but we always have Lopez in the wings.With uncertainty surrounding Lester, do you go slow on this kind of trade? Or do you get it done if you can, thinking there are plenty of arms who could come up (Lopez, Delcarmen, Gabbard)?
