MLB Cancels The Remainder Of Spring Training, Delays Start Of Season By (At Least) Two Weeks

The 2020 regular season will be delayed by at least two weeks, because of concerns over the coronavirus outbreak. The remainder of the spring training schedule has been cancelled.

Opening Day had been scheduled for March 26, two weeks from today. The minor league baseball season has also been delayed.

(Both the NBA and NHL have suspended their 2019-2020 seasons.)
